DC POWER FOR SWITCHGEAR – 2000 PLUS SERIES

DC Power SwitchGear
System model 1 CAB-10SLF105-120-10

Compact system offering full front accessibility. The drop terminals on the front of the battery and the component layout of the charger allow for total front accessibility of the system; facilitating installation and maintenance.

The “2000 Plus Series” is a 120 VDC system for switchgear applications. It combines the latest AGM battery technology with the proven performance of an SCR type charger design.

Our “2000 Plus Series” systems are an affordable solution when considering a new switchgear DC supply requirement or replacement of an aging DC system.

System Performance

Simultaneous operation of 5 switchgear: This system can trip and rewind 5 typical switchgear breakers simultaneously, 140 times during an 8 hour period while maintaining a constant 3 amp load for the switchgear indicating lights and relays.

Simultaneous operation of 10 switchgear: This system can trip and rewind 10 typical switchgear breakers simultaneously, 58 times during an 8 hour period while maintaining a constant 3 amp load for the switchgear indicating lights and relays.

General 120 VDC battery standby system: The system is also ideally designed to be used as a DC supply for instrumentation and control, lighting, fire pumps and extended back up time for UPS; capable of supplying 10.3 amps continuously for 8 hours to an end voltage of 105 VDC at 77o F/25o C. See reverse side for additional discharge rates.
